Last summer Aaron and I vacationed in Colorado, and while there, we ate at a rustic Italian restaurant in Old Colorado City. We ordered an antipasta platter and decided that it would be fun to do one with some friends back home. Well, it's been a year, but we finally prepared an antipasta platter last night with some great friends. It is always hard to know if people will like this type of food, but it was a hit!
