Easton's Nursery

Easton has been sleeping in his own room now for the past 2 weeks (excluding a few middle of the night interruptions from the bat!) It took a lot for me to move him into his own room, but it has been good so far. Now all we have to work on is getting him to take naps in his crib consistently.
Whenever you don't know what gender you are having, it seems like green and yellow are the way to go. I did go with the pale green on the walls, but wanted to add other fun colors like teal and orange. I also didn't want the typical matching everything in the room, so I shopped at a variety of antique stores and found unique pieces. The board with old hooks is one of my favorite as well as the $5 side table by the rocking chiar. Speaking of rocking chair, this one took me 8 months to find, but I absolutely love it and spend most of my day in it feeding the little guy. It was well worth the wait. There are still a few finishing touches I need to add, but for the most part Easton's room is complete.
