To honor Aaron on his first Father's Day, I planned a day of suprises on Saturday. We started our morning with breakfast at a local Cafe with some friends, Jake and Steph and thier son, Luke. Aaron then spent the remainder of the morning fishing; a favorite past time of his. We finished the day with an Iowa Cubs game. We got our money's worth as it went into extra innings, 14 to be exact!
It was fun to suprise him and give him a special day filled with the things that he loves. He has been, and continues to be a wonderful father to Easton. It has been so much fun to see my husband interact with our son and see Easton's smile and hear the deep belly laugh every time his dad comes through the door. His reaction to Aaron is priceless. What a gift to have a wonderful husband and father.
