This past Saturday, two of my good friends, Kelly and Sara, put together a couples shower for me and Aaron. It was so much fun to hang out with all of our friends as a couple and celebrate the upcoming arrival of Baby Reasland. They all had labor and parental advice for us, which brought many laughs to the party. One of the most precious pieces of advice that we received was to start the practice of praying with our child even when it is a baby. What a special time to have with your child, and then to see them pray when they are able to talk.
We have been blessed here in Pella with so many great friends that we have prayed for since we have been married. Thank-you everyone!
