We finally got to our last ring in the paper chain and got to bring it to the airport to welcome Nana and Papa to Texas!
We had lots of fun while they were here. Easton enjoyed time at the park, and showing them how he can pedal on his tricycle.
We spent a morning at the Children's Museum where we saw pigs fly!! (little plastic ones that is!)
We enjoyed a picnic in the city after exploring the museum. Easton got his groove on as the business men and women walked by, and the birds got a taste of his PB&J! Can't say I have ever had a picnic in the city!?!
Nana enjoyed reading on the patio in the afternoon sun.
Of course eating out is always part of the agenda when you have visitors in town. We made sure to take them to some of our favorite spots!
Nana and Papa have never seen the movie Cars, so Easton educated them on his favorite characters. They are up to speed now!!
It was fun to have family in town and see our "new surroundings."
