While being here in Austin, we've tried to fill our days with some fun activities. I will admit, I'm not one who enjoys doing the research, but thanks to my friend Jamie, we've gotten to partake in some fun outings.
We took the kids to a bounce house which Easton loved. He is into jumping lately, but is learning that we can't jump in the house, especially now that we live in an apartment and have people below us!
Watch out!! New driver on the road!! Our friends let us borrow this little car and Easton loves it!!
Thank. you. for. Splash .Pads!! It is too hot to go outside unless you're in the water. We met some new friends and enjoyed an afternoon getting wet.
Sweet community we have here in Austin. It has been fun living life-on-life together, and especially having our kids interact. It has made the transition a little easier for sure.
As parents, we believe that our marriages come first before our children. How can you parent well and have a strong family if your marriage is weak? We have the privilege of being part of a weekly date night. This was our night to watch all the kids while the other parents enjoyed a night out. So fun!!! What a blessing.
