Back to reminiscing the Good ole Summer Days!!
Fourth of July was spent traveling around the state of Iowa visiting with family. We spent time at my cousin's farm where Easton got to ride his Great Grandpa's golf cart. Once he was on, there was no getting him off.
We also spent a few precious days at Opa's house, something we don't do enough. Easton had his first experience of running through the sprinkler. He wasn't so sure about it, but thought it was okay only if mom or dad ran through with him!
We watched fire works from Nana and Papa's boat on Lake MacBride. Easton didn't appreciate the loud sound, but no worries, Aaron's hands made good ear plugs! Now whenever he hears loud sounds he puts his hands up in the air and says "Boom, boom, boom."
Easton also got to spend some time with his cousins. Oh how I love each one of their personalities! We miss you!
We took Opa out on the boat and fished with an old, Bamboo fishing rod. Easton was so intent on learning and watched Opa's every move. We even caught a fish!!
Precious.
